Lili Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
LILI REWARDS PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
1. The Lili rewards program is offered to you on the Les Confections Lili website only.
2. To participate in the Lili rewards program, it is necessary to register as a member of the program. Membership is free and requires no initial purchase. Visit our website (www.lesconfectionslili.ca) to register to become a member.
3. Only one program membership per person is permitted.
4. Lili Rewards Program rewards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable or transferable. The Lili rewards program may be revoked at any time by Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc. at its sole discretion.
5. Submission of false or fictitious personal information under the Lili Rewards Program will invalidate all points accumulated in this account.
6. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc. reserves the right to refuse to grant membership in the program to anyone who does not follow the prescribed registration procedures.
7. The Lili rewards program is reserved exclusively for individuals. The Program is not intended for corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships and businesses, or any other entity other than an individual, unless prior written approval has been given by Les Couches Aux P'tits Gifts Inc. The employees of Aux P'tits Cadeau inc. cannot participate, either directly or indirectly, in the Lili rewards program. Lili rewards program points will not be awarded if, in the reasonable opinion of Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc., the items were purchased for resale or commercial use, and any reward Lili granted in connection with such purchases will be invalidated.
ACCUMULATING LILI REWARDS POINTS
8. Anyone who signs up for the program will automatically receive 10 points which can be used on their next purchase.
9. Lili rewards points will be awarded on the basis of one point for every dollar spent on the Les Confections Lili website (www.lesconfectionslili.ca). Lili Rewards Program rewards points will be calculated on the total net price (purchase price less discounts), before taxes. These are added to the rewards account as soon as the order is shipped.
10. Lili rewards points will not be awarded for the purchase of the following items and services: gift cards, delivery charges (if applicable), gifts with purchase, charitable donations, portion of a transaction subject to the exchange of Lili points and any other item specified in the exclusions from time to time or where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lili rewards points will be awarded when a member of the program pays for purchases using a gift card. However, Lili rewards points will not be granted to a member who uses a gift card to purchase another gift card or gift cards and, in the event that Lili rewards points are inadvertently granted , Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc. reserves the right, at any time, to revoke these points without notice.
11. When returning or exchanging products, Lili rewards points will be automatically deducted from the member account used for the original purchase. The Program Member will receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned items shown on the sales receipt.
12. No refunds will be granted for purchases made using Lili rewards points.
13. Lili rewards points will be reduced to zero upon deactivation of program membership.
14. Upon the death of a member of the Lili rewards program, that person's account will be closed and all Lili rewards points accumulated therein will be invalidated. Lili rewards points are not divisible in the event of divorce.
15. All Lili rewards points will be recognized as invalid if no accumulation of points has taken place for a period of 24 consecutive months and no redemption has taken place for a period of 24 consecutive months. All Lili rewards points will expire at the end of this period of inactivity of 24 consecutive months.
REDEEMING LILI REWARDS POINTS
16. Lili Rewards Points can be redeemed for a discount, percentage off, free shipping or free products as specified in the Lili Rewards Program. The various Lili rewards and their respective number of points could be modified at any time without notice by the company Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc.
17. Special promotions may occasionally take place where one or more points redemption schedules may be temporarily changed, suspended or added or where points may be redeemed directly for the purchase of products or services. individuals.
18. In accordance with federal and provincial sales tax laws, GST, PST, HST and all other applicable taxes are payable by the Program Member and calculated on the total amount of the purchase before any reduction due to the redemption of reward points.
19. Lili rewards points can only be exchanged if the required level of points is reached before the exchange transaction. Only one exchange is permitted per transaction.
20. The balance of Lili rewards points will be debited with the number of points required according to the level of exchange of points desired. The Lili rewards points granted during the current transaction will be added to the points not redeemed in the member's account and may be redeemed during a subsequent transaction.
21. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc declines all responsibility for the Lili rewards points exchanged in the event of loss or theft of your data.
22. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc will not be responsible for any tax consequences that may arise from participation in the Lili rewards program by any non-resident of Canada.
23. Occasionally, Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc may advertise or present exclusive offers to certain members of the Lili rewards program whereby such members may redeem Lili rewards points for items other than discounts or receive other benefits or discounts.
24. Lili rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Except in the case of exceptions occasionally permitted by Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc , Lili rewards points cannot be transferred, exchanged, purchased or offered as gifts. Lili rewards points cannot be sold, traded, bartered, rented or otherwise given. Lili rewards points are void if sold for cash or any other consideration.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
25. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc will ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of all personal information provided by members of the Lili Rewards Program, including, but not limited to, the following information: name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, email address, account number and purchase information. This information will be used to credit the appropriate member account number, to communicate with the member of the Lili Rewards Program and to better understand their purchasing and information needs in order to offer them information, products, services and rewards that meet their needs. By providing personal information to the company Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc, the member agrees that Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc uses it for the purposes stipulated above.
26. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc will not give, rent or sell its Lili Rewards Program membership lists to any organization or individual.
27. Occasionally, Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc may communicate special offers, information and services to members of the Lili rewards program.
GENERAL
28. Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc reserves the right to restrict, suspend or alter any aspect of the Lili rewards program without notice.
29. Any misuse of the privileges, any failure to comply with the rules, regulations, terms and conditions as well as any false declaration committed by a member of the Lili rewards program may, at the sole discretion of the company Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc , lead to the expulsion of the member from the program, including the invalidation of all accumulated Lili rewards points.
30. In the event of the suspension or cancellation of the program, for whatever reason, Les Couches Aux P'tits Cadeau inc will therefore have no liability towards any member whatsoever and will be automatically released from any claim presented by the members of the Lili Rewards Program with respect to such suspension, cancellation and invalidation of Lili Rewards Points, with respect to the redemption of Points or with respect to any other provision with respect to the suspension or cancellation of the program for any reason.
